A.The space required varies depending on the size of the bounce house. On average, you'll need a space of 15x15 feet.
Q.What is included in the rental price?
A.The rental price includes the cost of the rental equipment itself. Delivery is an additional fee. For locations within 15 miles of Amherst, NY, the delivery fee is $20. For each mile beyond the initial 15-mile radius, there's an additional charge of $1.35 per mile. Please note that this fee includes both delivery and pickup of the equipment.
Q.How far in advance do I need to book?
A.We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during the summer months when demand is high.
Q.Are your bounce houses cleaned and sanitized?
A.Yes, our bounce houses are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each use.
Q.How does delivery and setup work?
A.We handle all delivery and setup. All you need to provide is the space and ensure there is a power source within 50 feet of the setup area. Our bounce houses typically require a standard 110v household outlet and consume a similar amount of power to a standard household appliance. Please inform us in advance if power supply could be an issue at your location, so we can discuss possible solutions.
Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 48 hours before the event.
Q.What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?
A.In case of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental.
Q.Is there a deposit required for rentals?
A.Yes, we require a $25 or 50% deposit to secure your rental, whichever is less.

A.Our Photo Booth is a modern, iPad-based setup with a built-in ring light that ensures perfect lighting for every shot. It's user-friendly and allows guests to instantly share their photos digitally. While the booth itself is a standout feature, we also provide a variety of props to make your photo-taking experience even more fun and memorable.
Q.Can the 20 x 20 Standard Canopy Pole Tent be set up on any surface?
A.The 20 x 20 Standard Canopy Pole Tent can be set up on most flat surfaces, including grass, asphalt, and concrete. For setups on concrete, additional equipment may be required.
Q.How many people can sit at your 8 and 6-foot folding tables?
A.Our 8-foot tables can comfortably seat 8 to 10 people, while our 6-foot tables can seat 6 to 8 people.
Q.How many folding chairs do you have available for rent?
A.We have a large inventory of folding chairs available for rent. Please let us know how many you need when making your reservation.
Q.Do you provide supplies for the Snow Cone, Cotton Candy, and Popcorn Machin
A.Yes, we provide all necessary supplies for our food machines, including cones for the Snow Cone Machine, sugar for the Cotton Candy Machine, and popcorn kernels for the Popcorn Machine. Each machine comes with enough supplies for 50 servings, and additional supplies can be purchased separately.
